A2 Connections in Religious Studies
Unlike the AS Foundation paper, there isn't a separate philosophy section to the connections paper. The paper aims to bring together philosophy and ethics - making delivering it difficult for philosophy experts and ethics experts alike. Hopefully the resources on this site may be of some help.
There is a lot of overlap in the connections paper, but most specifically 'the concept of free will and determinism in relation to the nature of an omniscient God' and 'issues of the extent to which God can be held to know the future, and the implications of this for human responsibility'. Both really ask 'If God knows what we're going to do, are we therefore free and responsible for our actions?'. They have been dealt with together on this site.
