RELIGIOUS STUDIES ONLINE

I have just found RS Support, and would recommend it to RS teachers and students.

When this site started, there were only a few good RS sites around. RE-XS was one of the most promising sites, and I believe it is currently being updated after a few years of neglect. It is also hosting Paul Hopkins' excellent GCSE revision site.

Since then, RE-online swallowed up The RE Site, and has developed from little more than a collection of links into a much more substantial RE database.

Wikipedia has emerged as a reliable source of information on anything (and if you want to know what wikipedia is, see wikipedia!).

ReligiousStudies.co.uk has grown and is now easier to navigate. There are lots of resources there, especially for RS teachers.

Faithnet is changing, and has become rather commercialised. It is now becoming known as thatreligiousstudieswebsite. Still a useful site, particularly for A level students, constantly being updated and with its own blog.

ReligiousTolerance.org is my favourite (Canadian) RS site, written by an Agnostic, an Atheist, a Buddhist, a Christian and a Wiccan. It gives balanced views on a range of ethical issues.

RE-NET is a useful site, designed to support RE teachers.

There are many other great sites, and I have linked to some of them throughout this site. My newest discovery, a growing site that has some good resources and links, is the King's School site.
