Youtube has grown in popularity so much that, as a teacher, I go there several times a day. It has become the multimedia equivalent of Google.

If I am teaching the Birth of Jesus, I can find a dozen videos on YouTube. If I want students to discuss an Islamic approach to marriage, I can find a thought-provoking five-minute clip on YouTube. A description of a religious experience? An example of a rite of passage? Youtube has everything.

Here are a few of my favourite videos, although this list will soon grow and require some sort of order and structure:
