Title page should include centre number (58823) and your own candidate number (can be added later if you don’t know it yet).

Write on both sides of the paper OR wp on one only; leave sufficient margin space for me and moderator and examiner to use.
Hand in WITHOUT any stapling, binding, etc; NAMED and NUMBERED loose sheets contained in a single plastic wallet are the best form of presentation (use headers/footers in wp docs).
You MUST have a bibliography at the end of the assignment; all materials used (books, web sites, newspaper article, TV progs, etc) must be recorded with a title and author. Your teacher or the librarian can help with this if unsure.
If you choose to interview somebody as part of your research, remember to include an acknowledgement at the end; ensure you record their full name, status etc.
Statistics, diagrams, graphs, illustrations, maps, etc will be given credit provided they are pertinent to the study and used appropriately – i.e. clearly SUPPORTING some part of the text; they are not a substitute for the written word, though!
